On Wednesday, July 24, 2024, PT Networks Indonesia Aku successfully held its first knowledge sharing event. This event marked the beginning of a monthly program aimed at knowledge sharing among the company’s internal teams. This knowledge sharing session consisted of two main segments: the first session was attended by the entire PT Networks Indonesia Aku team with general topics, while the second session was specifically for the IT Team, focusing on IT-specific material.

During this initial meeting, the IT Team delivered an in-depth presentation on the operation of the Content Management System (CMS) developed by their team. This CMS was enthusiastically received by the entire PT NIA team, as it simplifies tasks such as publishing news and notices from PT NIA. The material is expected to enhance all employees’ understanding of website management and encourage the generation of creative ideas for future website development.

The event was continued with an internal sessions for the IT Team, discussing various specialized IT topics relevant to the company’s needs. This knowledge sharing activity will be a regular monthly event with different topics, such as basic editing, communication basics, frequently used Korean phrases, and more. It is hoped that this initiative will provide new insights to the team and have a positive impact on both individual and company development.
