In the second quarter of 2024, Samchully Networks together with their subsidiary PT Networks Indonesia Aku, was selected to be able to implement one of the South Korean government programs together with KOTRA and KOSME, namely the “Export Voucher Program,” which was first implemented in Indonesia and aims to support the ecosystem and expansion of SMEs and startups in South Korea. One of the areas handled in the program is the local document and/or registration agency, which is intended to help SMEs and startups who want to develop their businesses in Indonesia to be able to more easily find out the regulations, registrations, and others that are needed. Therefore, in order to meet the need for legal and notarial service consultations, on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, NIA signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Notary and PPAT Office of Derry Tandoyo. The signing of this Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is expected to provide convenience to South Korean SME and startup entrepreneurs who want to develop their businesses in Indonesia.
